The Cornelius Crane

Bio & Information

The Cornelius Crane
Northwest England
Alt Rock, Country
The Cornelius Crane are a Manchester based five piece band influenced by the likes of Neil Young, The Beatles, Psychedelia & Americana with a healthy dose of their Mancunian roots.

After taking a year out to write and record their debut album The Difference they booking your dates for 2018 and would love your festival to be on their calendar.

After being asked to support bands such as Cast, OK Go, Big Country, Alabama Three and many more as well as appearances at festivals such as Blackthorn, Ynot Festival, Head For The Hills, Elderflower Fields, Strummercamp and more - they have gained a solid following and a reputation as a great live band.

"There’s something quite Beatles-esque about The Cornelius Crane at times with melodies reminding me of the way Beatles classic, ‘Something’, is constructed. On the other hand, a lot of their songs wouldn’t look out of place being performed at Woodstock.

They have this ability to quietly creep into your psyche and once you fully absorb it you realise that this is one of the finest bands in Greater Manchester at the moment. There’s a breeziness befitting of the American South, yet a coolness that’s equally befitting of the British North." Sonic Bandwagon

“Fantastic band. Great on promotion and social media. Really pushed the festival and were very professional on the day” Karl - Blackthorn festival

"We have asked The Cornelius Crane to play at our events numerous times, supporting acts as varied as cast/ Alabama 3 and big country . Always sell tickets always go down well." Mike raven - Gig cartel

They are a band in their element on stage and in the studio and you can check out some of their recordings, as well as photos in the Gallery & Media section of this bio page
